Leeds Pottery creamware sparrow beak cream jug, c. 1780. The belly formed body, hand painted in underglaze blue, with a willow tree, and flowering plants, emerging from behind rocks, and a fence.
Having an entwined strap handle, terminating in flowerheads and leaves at the body of the jug.
Covered in a creamware glaze.
Height – 7 cm, 2 3/4”.
Width (Handle to spout) – 8 cm, 3 1/8”.
