Pair Staffordshire Basket of Flowers Little Lion Dogs, c. 1860.
A rare pair of Staffordshire pottery Basket of Flowers Little Lion Dogs, c. 1860. Both dogs seated and moulded with gilt spotted manes. They both have moulded gilt chains, and carry a brightly enamelled basket of flowers in their mouths.
Height – 24 cm, 9 1/2”.
Width – 17.5 cm, 6 7/8”.
Depth – 9.5 cm, 3 3/4”.
Condition – Minor wear to the gilding. No damage. No restoration.
