A rare, and extremely large Staffordshire Greyhound, c. 1850. The recumbent Greyhound, painted with black spots, and having ‘Disraeli Curls’. His rib cage well defined, and having crossed front legs. Set upon an oval grassy mound base, with a dash dot dash gilt line decoration.

Condition: Repair to one leg.
