Austrian bronze Fox inkwell, c. 1890.

A large Continental bronze inkwell, c. 1890. Finely cast, as a seated fox, with a raised paw. His beautifully observed head, with an a,set expression, hinged, to reveal a glass inkwell.
Stamped Crescent and Arrow mark to one paw.

Height: 16 cm, 6 1/4”

Width: 20.5 cm, 8 1/8”.

Depth: 12 cm, 4 3/4”.

Condition: Excellent. No damage. No repair.
