Chinese porcelain ‘Trumpet’ vase. c.1700. Kangxi Period.
Chinese porcelain trumpet vase, Kangxi Period (1662 – 1722). The vase lightly moulded to the centre with numerous shaped panels, painted in underglaze blue, with flowering plants. Smaller panels around the rim, and foot, with further plants. The flared foliate moulded rim, painted with a continuous stylised floral scroll.
Artemisia leaf mark, within concentric circles to the base.

Height: 25.5 cm, 10”.
Width: 13.3 cm, 5 1/8”.
Condition: Frits to the rim. Star crack to base, that does not penetrate the body. Please see images for detail.
