Chinese stoneware Fo Dog brush washer, c. 1880, Qing Dynasty. The seated dog, with his front paws resting upon the rim of a large bowl, which forms the brush washer.
Covered in a thick flambé glaze, over the brown stoneware body.
Length – 15.2 cm, 6”.
Height – 9.5 cm, 3 3/4”.
Depth – 9 cm, 3 1/2”.
Condition – Excellent. No damage. No restoration.
