Doccia Porcelain Tureen, Cover and Stand, Tulipano Pattern, circa 1770

A fine Doccia Porcelain tureen cover and stand, circa 1770, Lorenzo Ginori factory. The silver shaped tureen hand painted in polychrome enamels, with the Tulipano pattern, of stylised flowering plants. Having a similarly decorated shaped under plate.

Measures: Height of tureen 19 cm, 7 1/2”.
Width 26.3cm, 10 3/8”.
Width of stand 33 cm, 13”.
