A fine English porcelain pate sur pate plaque in the manner of Marc Louis Solon, c. 1870. The plaque depicting Liberty revealing Cupid, before a banner inscribed ‘Qui Payera Vedra’, (Whoever pays will see.). Within a coloured stylised floral laurel wreath, heightened in gilt.
Having original frame.
Height – 28 cm, 11”.
Width – 20 cm, 8 1/8”.
Condition – Excellent. No damage. No restoration.
