A large English porcelain spill vase, probably Worcester, c. 1820. The tall cylindrical vase, having a flared rim, and set upon a square pedestal foot. Having twin gilt eagle head handles, holding rings in their beaks.
Hand painted with flowering plants, on a gilt ground, above a band of gilt scrollwork.
Height – 13.7 cm, 5”.
Diameter – 11.5 cm, 4 1/2”.
Condition – Short hairline crack to the rim – please see images for detail. No restoration.
