H & R. Daniel porcelain trio, c. 1830. Comprising of a saucer, tea cup and coffee cup. The saucer finely hand painted with a central panel of Spring flowers, surrounded by three shaped panels containing further sprays of flowers, on a blue ground, heightened with gilt decoration. All within a gilt gadroon border.
The cups similarly decorated to the interiors, and having bands of gilt scrollwork, on blue grounds to the exteriors. Both cups applied with high scroll handles, heightened in gilt.
Pattern number 2048 to one cup.
Diameter of saucer – 14.5 cm, 5 3/4”.
Height of cup – 8.5 cm, 3 1/4”.
Condition – Typical minor wear to the gilt rims. No damage. No restoration.
