A fine Japanese bronze okimono, circa 1890, Meiji period. Cast as a young boy, carrying fishing net, and carefully making his way barefooted over rocks, in a river. He wears a short tunic, tied at the waist, with the fishing net in his right hand.
Signed in a seal to the rear of the figure.
