Japanese bronze okimono, signed Okazaki Sessei (1854 -1921), Meiji Period. Finely cast, as top rabbits, one with its paw gently resting upon its recumbent mate.
Signed ‘Sessei’, within a rectangular reserve, beneath a hind paw.
Measures: Height – 13 cm, 5 1/8”.
Width – 14.5 cm, 5 3/4”.
Condition – Excellent. No damage. No repair.
