Lowestoft porcelain teapot, c. 1785. The large teapot, finely painted in the Curtis pattern, of floral sprays, beneath swags, and shaped cell panels. The cover similarly decorated, and having a bud finial.
Bother the spout, and the handle, painted in iron red, with stylised floral scroll.
Height: 17 cm, 6 7/8”.
Width: 20 cm, 8”.
Depth: 13 cm, 5 1/4”.
Condition: Short hairline to rim of teapot. See images for detail. No restoration.
