Masons Ironstone miniature teapot and cover, c. 1810. The flattened ovoid body, hand painted with flowering plants, in Imari colours. Having a gilded spout and handle, whilst being set upon a gilt foot rim.
The handle similarly decorated, and having a gilt bun finial.
Impressed circular factory mark to the base.
Length (Spout to handle) – 11 cm, 4 3/8”.
Height – 6 cm, 2 3/8”.
Depth – 7 cm, 2 3/4”.
Condition – Small chip to spout with old repair.
