Meissen porcelain group of Dancers, circa 1780, Marcollini Period. Finely modelled as an elegant 18th Century couple dancing. She reaches around for her fan, which is in her partners pocket. Set upon an oval base, moulded and gilded with rococo scroll.
Crossed swords and star Mark in underglaze blue.
Height – 15.5 cm, 6 1/8”.
Width – 10.2 cm, 4”.
Depth – 6 cm, 2 3/8”.
Condition – Repair to minor chips.
