A fine Meissen porcelain figure, circa 1870. Beautifully modelled as a standing monkey wearing 18th century costume, and wielding drum sticks. Set upon a grassy mound base, edged and gilded in moulded rococo scroll,
Blue crossed swords mark to the base.

Condition – Repair to drum sticks. Otherwise perfect condition.
