Meissen porcelain reticulated plate, c. 1860. Beautifully hand painted to the centre, with a spray of Spring flowers, and further sprigs, within a moulded flowerhead border. The outer rim, pierced , and gilded, around a continuous green acanthus leaf motif.
Underglaze blue crossed swords mark to the reverse.
Diameter – 21.5 cm, 8 1/2”.

Condition: Typical minor wear to the gilding.
