Meissen porcelain topographical sucrier and cover, Meissen c. 1860. Finely hand painted with a titled view of Meissen, depicting figures sailing boats on the River Elbe, within a quatrefoil gilt scroll cartouche, on a cobalt blue ground. The reverse with a panel of flowers and insects.
The cover decorated with further panels of flowers and insects, and having a bud finial.
Titled ‘Meissen’, in black script.
