New Hall porcelain coffee can, pattern 1154, c. 1810. Finely hand painted and gilded in the Imari style, with an English river landscape, of two figures before a river. A large building, and a bridge to the background. The interior with a continuous band of gilt scrolling foliage.
Having a ring handle, gilded with stylised acanthus leaf decoration.

Height – 6.4 cm, 2 1/2”.
Diameter – 6.4 cm, 2 1/2”.

Condition: Excellent. No damage. No restoration.
