Pair of Chinese cloisonné vases, c. 1890, Qing Dynasty. The Ming style globular vases, rising to a tall neck, enamelled with flowering branches, on a turquoise ground, below an acanthus leaf collar. A continuous lappet motif to the foot.
The neck decorated with lotus flower heads, beneath tassels.
Having gilt metal rims.
Height – 31.5 cm, 12 3/8”.
Diameter – 18.5 cm, 7 1/4”.
Condition – No damage. No restoration.
