Pair of Staffordshire pottery spill vases, c. 1860. Well modelled as two Pointers, stood before tree trunks, forming the spill vases. The dogs, painted with black spots, and set upon grassy mound bases.
A single gilt line to the bases.

Width: 14.5 cm, 5 5/8”.

Depth: 5.5 cm, 2 1/8”.

Condition: Typical minor wear to the overglaze enamels, and firing cracks - please see images for detail. No restoration.
