Paris ormolu mounted porcelain bowl, c. 1880. The large bowl moulded and vibrantly enamelled with a Lion Dog, amongst flowering plants. All upon a lightly moulded cell diaper ground.
Having good quality rococo style ormolu mounts, to both the rim and the base.
Crossed batons mark in underglaze blue, for Samson, Rue Beranger, Paris.
