A rare Ridgway pottery dog bowl, circa 1840. The shaped dog bowl, set upon four moulded feet, and printed in underglaze blue, with figures in a rural landscape. within a swag and scroll border. The exterior printed with the same scene.
Printed mark to the base – ‘HUMPHREY’S CLOCK’.
Measures: Length 19 cm, 7 1/2”.
Width 14 cm, 5 1/2”.
Height 8 cm, 3 1/8”.
Condition: Excellent. No damage. No restoration.
