A rare Royal Worcester porcelain figure of a First World War British soldier, modelled by William Pointon, dated 1916. The ‘Tommy’, modelled standing, carrying his rifle and haversack whilst set upon a grassy mound base.

Puce printed factory mark, date code, and model number to the base.

Width: 8 cm, 3 1/8”.

Depth: 8 cm, 3 1/8”.

Condition: Excellent. No damage. No restoration.
