Satsuma pottery square dish, signed Kanzan, c. 1900, Meiji Period. Painted to the centre, with a scene of figures seated around tables. The border with textile designs of rabbits, ducks and flowering plants.
Signed Kanzan in a gilt seal.
Width – 10.7 cm, 4 1/4”.
Height – 11 cm, 4 3/8”.
Condition – Very minor wear to the gilt. No damage. No restoration.
