Satsuma pottery vase, Kinkozan, c. 1900, Meiji Period. The vase well painted with panels depicting scenes of Bijin and children before pavilions, in river landscapes.
The underglaze cobalt blue borders, finely decorated with dense floral scroll in gilt.

Gilt seal Kinkozan mark to the base.

Height – 18.5 cm, 7 1/4”.

Diameter – 13 cm, 5 1/8”.

Condition – Excellent. No damage. No restoration.
