‘Sevres’ style large porcelain ‘Jewelled’ cache pot, French, c. 1870. Finely painted with a panel of three Putti at play, in an extensive garden landscape, within an oval ‘jewelled’ border.
The reverse with a panel of doves, flying amongst symbols of Love.
Both panels enclosed by gilt scrollwork, on an underglaze cobalt blue ground.
Interlaced ‘L’s mark to the base.

Condition: Slight wear to the gilding. No damage. No restoration.
