Sevres style porcelain perfume bottles, c. 1880.
Pair of Sevres style ‘Jewelled’ perfume bottles, c. 1880. The square form bottles, ‘jewelled’ with the monogrammed of Louis XVI, and Marie Antoinette, beneath gilt crowns. The other sides, decorated with elaborate gilt scroll motifs, embellished with further ‘jewelling’. Similar decoration to the shoulders, and to the squared covers.
One bottle with a clear, gilt Sevres mark, the other with a worn mark.

Condition: Typical minor wear to the gilding.
