Italian silver and enamel compact, c. 1900. Beautifully painted to the cover, with a portrait of a Renaissance style portrait of a lady, within a silver scroll frame, edged in blue enamel.
The base, with a stylised flower head, within a similar frame, and edged in blue enamel.

Stamped ‘800’ to the silver gilt interior.
