Wedgwood black basalt and white jasper relief vase, circa 1850. Modelled after the Portland Vase, the black solid jasper ground applied with white reliefs depicting the myth of Peleus and Thetis.
Impressed ‘Wedgwood’, to the base.

Height – 17 cm, 6 3/4”.

Condition – Perfect. No damage. No restoration.
