Worcester porcelain coffee cup, ‘Fisherman and Willow Pavilion’ pattern, 1755 – 1760. Painted to either side, in underglaze blue, with chinoiserie scenes, of fishermen beneath a willow tree, and a building, on an island. Within moulded scrollwork panels, upon a reeded ground.
The interior with a foliate border.
The cup with an elaborate ‘C’ scroll handle.

A particularly well potted and clean example.

Height – 6 cm, 2 3/8”.

Width – 7.5 cm, 2 7/8”.

Depth – 6 cm, 2 3/8”.

Condition – Excellent. No damage. No restoration.
