Yorkshire Prattware Grandfather clock, c. 1810.

Yorkshire pottery Prattware grandfather clock, possibly Mexborough, c. 1810. The longcase clock, well moulded with cherubs amongst graping vines, whilst the base moulded with a Classical lidded urn, and cornucopia with flowers. Decorated in vibrant Pratt glazes, beneath a pearlware glaze.

Height – 20 cm, 7 7/8”.

Width – 6.6 cm, 2 5/8”.

Depth – 4.3 cm, 1 3/4”.

Condition – Excellent. No damage. No restoration.
